  It’s rally week at Burroughs High School! This Friday, Feb. 1, is the winter sports rally.
It will be held in the BHS gym from 10:05 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. This week is filled with Spirit Days to get
students excited for competition. Tuesday was Hunter vs. Housewife, today is King vs. Queen,
Thursday is Ballerina vs. Footballer and Friday is Pink vs. Blue.
  The King of Hearts Dance is coming up soon. This year when the votes for were counted, the
results gave us not only 10, but 11, charming young men: Trevor Durtschi, Adolph Fastnacht,
Robert Flack, Gene Griffith, Lamar Jeter, Rezeq Khalifeh, Christopher Krugman, Mitchell Long,
Victor Sandoval, Pedro Santiago and Troy Spargo. This event will be held in the BHS gym on
Saturday, Feb. 23, from 8 to 11:30 p.m.
