Teresa Ann Cosgrove
     Teresa Ann Cosgrove passed away Aug. 24,
2010, at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital after a
three-year battle with cancer.  She was 59.
     Services were held Friday, Aug. 27,  at the All
Faith Chapel, China Lake.
     She was born Teresa Ann Joyce in Riverside,
Calif., Aug.18, 1951, to Lenora and Richard Joyce.  
Teresa grew up to spend the majority of her life in
Ridgecrest, and it was there that she married
Edward Cosgrove and raised her two daughters,
Andrea and Wendy.  
     She held a variety of jobs throughout her adult
life, but she was most proud of her time as Teen
Center Coordinator at the Castle X teen center. She
also greatly enjoyed her time as secretary at the
China Lake Fire Department.  
     In both her personal and professional life,
Teresa left her mark upon all who had the pleasure
of knowing her, and she endeavored to leave the
lives she touched better for having known her.  
     She always said what she meant and meant
what she said and will be deeply missed by all who
knew and loved her.
     She is survived by her husband Edward
Cosgrove, her daughter Wendy Cosgrove and
grandson Sebastion Cosgrove-Moore, her daughter
and son-in-law, Andrea and Cliff Lasana, her father
Richard Joyce, brother and sister-in-law Dick and
Kathy Joyce, brother Jack Joyce and sister Patsy
Brown.  Also surviving her are many nieces,
nephews, grand-nephews, grand-nieces and many
friends both near and far.
